QUALIFICATIONS
Qualifications & Experience
- Nursing degree from an accredited institution.
- Active and valid RN license issued by the appropriate state licensing agency.
- Minimum of three to five years of supervisory experience in nursing, preferably in long-term care or senior living environments.
- CPR certification required.
- Strong understanding of regulatory compliance, clinical operations, and Medicare/Medicaid guidelines.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the overall operations of the Clinical Services Department, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local standards.
- Direct, coordinate, and monitor nursing care delivery to ensure safe, effective, and appropriate care.
- Supervise the assessment and development of individualized care plans for residents, ensuring adherence to Medicare/Medicaid reimbursement guidelines.
- Maintain comprehensive care plans, oversee medication and treatment schedules, and collaborate with physicians to ensure quality outcomes.
- Implement and oversee Quality Assurance Performance Improvement (QAPI) programs to enhance resident care and quality of life.
- Participate in community surveys conducted by regulatory agencies and assist in the development of corrective action plans as needed.
- Establish and manage an effective Clinical Services organizational structure, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
- Address resident and staff concerns, including investigating grievances and ensuring compliance with resident rights and safety policies.
- Oversee infection control procedures, staff immunization programs, and ongoing staff education initiatives.
- Manage the department's budget, ensuring cost-effective practices while maintaining high-quality care.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance resident experience and maintain high standards of care.

Pay: $155,000.00 - $165,000.00 per year
