What are the responsibilities and job description for the Hybrid Clinical Psychologist position at Merraine Group?
The Clinical Psychologist provides trauma-informed evaluations, counseling, and treatment for youth and families in alignment with the agency’s mission.
Schedule: No on-call, no holidays!
Requirements:
- Licensed Clinical Psychologist or Limited Permit under supervision.
- Experience with vulnerable youth and families preferred.
- Valid driver’s license.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct trauma-informed assessments, diagnosis, and treatment for individuals and groups.
- Administer and interpret psychological tests.
- Assist in treatment planning and provide psychiatric support.
- Deliver 29i and CFTSS services as needed.
- Respond to crises, de-escalate situations, and develop safety plans.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including county caseworkers.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Participate in meetings, pre-admissions, and program improvement initiatives.
- Represent the agency professionally.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
