Director of Nursing (DON) can be an interim or permanent position, is a leadership role in a skilled nursing facility (SNF).
This position reports to the COO in a 99-bed facility with mostly Medi-Cal patients in long-term stays. We seek a strong yet compassionate leader to drive growth, mentor staff, and ensure high-quality patient care.
Requirements:
- California RN License
- 5 years of DON experience in SNF or similar
- Strong management skills – firm but fair
- Experience in quality analysis & review
- Standard hours, no night calls
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $150,000.00 per year
