Position Type: Seasonal
Salary Range: $15.00 - $16.00 Hourly
Description
This role will work on the grounds maintenance team with various general labor tasks including painting, mowing, and other tasks. This position requires the ability to work in a self starting environment with minimal supervision to achieve daily requirements.
This position is based at our corporate headquarters. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repetitively. Clean driving record required.
Responsibilities
- Complete various outdoor tasks such as post painting, rock picking and mowing.
- Observe and listen to equipment operation to detect any malfunctions
- Notify Operations Manager when issues arise
- Additional duties may include a variety of activities throughout the day including pressure washing, debris removal, site clean up, equipment clean up as needed
Requirements
- Prior work experience as a laborer
- Willingness to apply hands on experience to agricultural equipment and material
- Ability to take directions and apply to situations; adaptable to various personalities
- Ability to drive long hours and travel regularly
- No recent moving or driving violations
- Willing to obtain Commercial Drivers License
- Adaptability and foresight to handle unexpected situations (traffic, weather conditions, etc.)
