What are the responsibilities and job description for the 3rd Shift Quality Control Inspector (QC Inspector) position at Merrick Engineering, Inc?
Merrick Engineering, Inc is an internationally known manufacturer of closet and home organization products with locations in Corona, CA, Waco, TX and Clarksburg, WV.
We are currently looking for a Quality Control Inspector for our second shift
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of overall.
Bilingual; reading, writing and speaking Spanish
Responsibility:
- Responsible for maintaining quality standards, protocols, procedures, and testing of imports as directed by the Corporate Quality Manager. .
Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
NCRs – Documentation
Follow inspection protocol.
Follow First Article Inspection.
Responsible to have thorough knowledge and understanding of the production assembly procedures.
Maintain color masters and red label product.
Gather productivity and technical information.
· Conducts various quality tests to ensure customer specifications are met; prepares reports.
- Develops written inspection procedures to ensure consistency and reliability
- Processes customer complaints.
· Adhere to safety rules and procedures
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
