Senior Living Community Relations Director (Sales Director)

About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Community Relations Director (Sales Director) at Truewood by Merrill, Riverchase. As a key member of our community, you will work closely with residents, families, and staff to promote our senior living community and attract new residents.
Responsibilities
- Achieve and maintain a high occupancy percentage.
- Maintain the sales tracking system for the community and keep the General Manager (GM) and Director of Sales informed of trends.
- Develop and implement innovative sales/marketing plans.
- Develop community outreach plans, including relationship development with professional referral sources.
- Work with Director of Marketing to provide feedback regarding media advertising, community sponsorships, and other marketing opportunities.
- Coordinate special events that benefit existing residents and attract potential residents to the community.
- Conduct competitive shops regularly and make promotional recommendations for the community based on competitive shops.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Business Administration, Marketing, Public Relations or Communications preferred.
- Three-plus years of sales and marketing experience, preferably in a related field.
