Average Starting Salary: $62,000 - 89,000 depending on experience

Overview: As an Inventory Manager for Merrill: A Keel Company you are responsible for maintaining accurate inventory levels through assurance of internal controls and conducting proper cycle counts. Assists with tracking and expediting of inventory through ERP system (including purchasing, receiving, and shipping) using system tools for monitoring proper levels and location of inventory.
Job Functions:
- Follow procedures and specific work instructions.
- Recording and maintaining control of all inventory items purchased and produced.
- Reviews/oversees materials processing standards (scrap, inventory levels, etc.) and communicates recommended changes to appropriate manufacturing leaders.
- Ensures compliance with Inventory Control procedures and that inventories are maintained to meet the necessary production schedule requirements
Qualifications:
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration; equivalent work experience will be accepted.
- Three (3) years of experience in manufacturing industry, specializing in inventory or manufacturing logistics.
- Strong time management skills, the ability to recognize potential problems, critical thinking.
- Fluent with computer usage.
