Starting salary: $45,000 - $50,000
PTO upon hire, Medical, Dental, and Vision Benefits are offered immediately upon employment, 401(k) after 6 months.
Overview: As a Project Coordinator for Merrill: A Keel Company, you will be responsible for any and all tasks in support of Project and Program managers, ensuring that jobs progress according to schedule, budget, and accurately to the work order from the customer.
Job Functions:
- Communicate with internal Project Managers, Plant Managers, Inventory Managers, and other internal personnel.
- Review shop order schedules to determine status and communicate with stakeholders.
- Work with PMs to create schedules and action logs in order to keep personnel informed and updated on project status.
- Help manage resources cost-effectively.
- Hold/attend key informational and follow-up meetings.
- Facilitate routing/completion of alterations.
- At all stages of the project, will keep jobs on schedule, within budget, and will inform PMs regarding status through completion.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED required
- One to three (1 -3) years related work experience in management or project management
- Must be organized and able to work independently or as part of a team
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
