TITLE: 1 Paraprofessional - Title I Tutoring for Grades 1-5: ELA & MATH
for Aquinas Students
JOB GOAL: Provide meaningful instruction to identified Aquinas Title I students through tutoring in English and Math under the direct supervision of a licensed teacher
TIME FRAME: 3 weeks: Start Tuesday June 10th and end Thursday June 26th.
3 days per week, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
3 Hours per day - Teacher and student day is 9:00-12:00 PM

QUALIFICATIONS:
Completed at least 2 years of study at an institution of higher learning, passed the paraprofessional exam to become highly qualified and/or obtained an associates degree or higher.
Will need to submit official transcripts or Paraprofessional certificate as documentation.
Responsibilities:
- Work under the direct supervision of a certified teacher.
- Assist in planning learning experiences for the students.
- Assist in the production of instructional materials and use of technology.
- Tutor students to strengthen skills or concepts under the supervision of the teacher.
- Complete necessary records documenting student attendance and instruction
- Maintain confidentiality of student information/data
- Submit account payable voucher and required documents in a timely manner.
