The Director of Parent Engagement will serve as a key member of the advancement team, leading efforts to grow major gifts from parents and families of current students. As a seasoned fundraiser, you will possess a strong track record in frontline fundraising, with a minimum of five years of experience in annual leadership and/or major gifts.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Managing a portfolio of approximately 150 high net worth parents
- Developing and implementing strategies for cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding major gift prospects
- Conducting face-to-face meetings with donors and prospects
- Traveling locally and nationally to identify, qualify, cultivate, solicit, and steward prospects and donors
