The Assistant Vice President of Capital Planning and Institutional Projects will be responsible for leading the planning and execution of large and small-scale institutional projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals, timelines, and budgets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Management of project budgets and financial forecasting.
- Risk assessment, mitigation, and contract negotiation.
- Collaboration with the Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, Director of Facilities, and other institutional leaders.
A Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is required, with a Master's Degree preferred.
