Performs responsible duties in the transportation of residents to various medical / dental appointments and other appropriate appointments. Performs a wide variety of non-professional services to assist in the care of residents, their quarters, and recreational and work activities.

Required Education & Experience
REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE : High school diploma or equivalent, completion of 100 hour approved program for Nursing Assistants, and passing score on competency evaluation program approved by the NH Board of Nursing or any combination of education and experience which demonstrates possession of the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
ADDITIONAL ELIGIBILITY QUALIFICATIONS : Possession of a current license in the State of New Hampshire as a Licensed Nursing Assistant.

A drug screen & criminal background check will be required of all conditional hires.
