Kid Zone at our Towson location. Shifts needed are Mon-Fri, 8:45am-1pm and 4pm-8pm and Weekends 8:30am-1pm.

We are looking for highly motivated Kid Zone Associates who will enjoy fostering a safe and warm environment for the children of our members and guests!
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Providing a safe, warm, loving environment for the children of our members and guests
- Maintaining a sanitary and safe environment at all times
- Maintaining positive interactions with members on a daily basis
- Providing direction to members be ready to assist them with any questions or concerns, solve any problems that arise on the spot
- Consistently showing an escalating level of service mentality
- Displaying a consistently positive attitude towards members, staff, job tasks and club philosophy
- Maintaining current knowledge of club programs and services
Qualified applicants will possess: a drive to succeed, a background/genuine interest in caregiving or childhood education and development, at least one year experience providing care to children.
