Job Title: White Marsh Pool Bar Server

Job Description: Join our team at LM Poolside as a bar server and play a crucial role in delivering exceptional services to all Merritt members and guests. Your primary responsibilities will include taking and delivering food and beverage orders, ensuring prompt and friendly responses to member requests, and maintaining the high standards of our establishment.

Responsibilities/Duties:

· Take and deliver food and beverage orders from members using a Point of Sale (POS) system, showcasing your proficiency in order accuracy and efficiency.

· Respond to member requests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner, creating a positive and engaging experience.

· Efficiently handle various forms of payment, while ensuring accuracy and professionalism.

· Provide first-class service to all members and their guests, anticipating needs and exceeding expectations.

· Complete daily side work and opening/closing duties as assigned by the manager to contribute to a smooth operation.

· Maintain the proper condition and cleanliness of bar areas, pool deck, and servicing equipment.

· Notify the manager promptly of any damages to facilitate timely resolutions.

· Ensure serving stations are consistently well-stocked and organized, promoting efficiency in service delivery.

· Adhere to policies, procedures, and service standards set by the manager to maintain a cohesive and high-quality experience.

· Demonstrate full knowledge of LM Poolside menus, specials, offerings, and events.

Qualifications:

· Minimum of 1 year of experience as a server in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant, bar, or similar setting.

· Positive, outgoing attitude with a friendly personality, demonstrating excellent multitasking abilities.

· Self-driven and motivated, contributing to a positive team environment.

· Basic math skills and proficiency in handling money and operating point-of-sale systems.

· High school diploma or equivalent education.

· Punctuality and reliable attendance are essential.

· Basic knowledge of food and beverage presentation, preparation, and handling.
