We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Gallery Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in supporting our daily operations and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. You will play a vital role in the day-to-day activities of our gallery, working closely with our gallery directors and sales consultants.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the gallery directors and sales consultants
- Assist in the smooth running of gallery operations
- Manage and maintain databases, including data entry
- Coordinate and track gallery logistics
- Handle phone inquiries, manage schedules
- Contribute to special projects as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Proficiency in PC and Mac, including MS Office, Pages, and Numbers
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on accuracy
- Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—with a strong ability to listen and understand
- High level of ownership, accountability, and initiative
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
