Duties

- Monitor food handling practices to comply with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.
- Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly, maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.
- Assist in inventory management and ordering supplies as needed.
Experience
- Previous experience as an Assistant Manager or in a supervisory role within the hospitality or food service industry is preferred.
