Production Equipment Operator

This role involves operating, troubleshooting, and maintaining CNC milling machines, production equipment, and robotic systems. The successful candidate will have strong technical expertise, including experience with FRP, composites, robotics, and automated production systems.

• 5 years of experience in a manufacturing/industrial setting.
• Strong mechanical, electrical, and HVAC troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with CNC machine repair and composite spray equipment.

The ideal candidate will also possess strong communication and teamwork skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
