Job Description
The CNC Operator & Maintenance Specialist is responsible for operating, troubleshooting, and maintaining CNC milling machines, production equipment, and robotic systems. This role requires a balance of hands-on technical expertise, equipment repair, and facility maintenance. The specialist will also support inventory management, safety compliance, and continuous process improvements.
Qualifications
Key Responsibilities :
Mill Operation & Production Support
- Operate all robots and CNC milling machines in coordination with programmers.
- Load, calibrate, and inspect plugs and parts to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Utilize hand tools, rollers, fiberglass chop guns, and spray putty guns.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be exposed to weather conditions, normal office environment or factory environment that is not climate controlled. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. The factory in certain areas maintains a high fiberglass and dust environment.
Personal Protective Equipment might be required in certain areas of the factory including but not limited to safety glasses, respirator, hearing protection, gloves and protective garments.
