Role and Responsibilities:
- Accomplishing department objectives by supervising staff and organizing work processes
- Implementing and enforcing systems, procedures, and policies
- Monitoring employee productivity by providing useful feedback and training

- Ensuring compliance with legal and company policies and procedures
- Relaying information from upper management to employees and vice versa

- 3 years of management experience (Required)
- Machinery, tools and blueprint reading experience

- Must correctly perform all aspects of routine work, meeting quality standards and requirements
- Must be able to achieve results in an accurate and timely manner
- Maintain awareness of shipping schedules and adjust work capacity needs as required
- Keep work areas clean and safe
