- Average compensation for full time = $400-$650 weekly before taxes
- Guaranteed minimum salary plus product pay (Guaranteed minimum salary of $12.50/hr for teammates and up to $14 for Captains)
- No nights, or weekends. Only 1-2 Saturdays per year.
