Starting pay is $13 per hour PLUS production (average team member earns between $14-$16 per hour with top performers between $18-$22ph)

Job Position Description:

Professional house cleaner taking care of customers homes using Merry Maids’ unique cleaning procedures and products that is taught in training. As a new team member, you will work in a team of 2 to clean homes on the Peninsula. You are responsible in providing exceptional customer service by consistently cleaning homes with top quality and professionalism.

Qualifications:

Ability to differentiate between cleaning products and uses
Ability to read cleaning instructions
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability lift and carry 10 lbs. of equipment
Ability to withstand regular physical contact with dog and cat hair, dust, mildew and cleaning solutions
Ability to drive to and from various job sites (have a valid drivers license and insurance)
MUST be able to pass a drug test
