Are you passionate about cleanliness, organization, and mentoring others? Merry Maids is seeking a dedicated Home Cleaning Trainer to train, coach, and mentor new hires in delivering exceptional cleaning services the Merry Maids way!
What You'll Do:
- Train and onboard new hires in proper cleaning techniques, ensuring high-quality standards.
- Provide hands-on coaching and mentoring to build confidence and skill in our team members.
- Visit clients' homes to inspect the quality of cleaning performed by our teams, ensuring every job meets Merry Maids' standards of excellence.
- Uphold Merry Maids' commitment to exceptional service and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and evaluate team performance, offering constructive feedback and guidance.
- Assist in refining training materials and processes for continuous improvement.

- Strong attention to detail and a passion for cleaning excellence.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Leadership experience in training, coaching, or mentoring roles (preferably in a cleaning or service-oriented field).

Requirements
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass a drug test, Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check, and criminal background check
