Duties
- Provide outstanding customer service through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and courtesy.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding products, services, and account information.
- Analyze customer issues to provide effective solutions in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our database.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance the customer experience.
- Utilize office software and tools to manage communications efficiently.
- Assist with training of team members.
- Complete daily quality assurance.
- Back up Housekeeper as needed.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a customer support is preferred.
- Strong phone etiquette and excellent verbal communication skills are essential.
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Proficient in using computer systems and office software for documentation and communication purposes.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing our capacity to serve diverse customers and team members.

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Requirements:
· Available Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
· Driver’s license
· Must love pets!
· Reliable transportation to drive - mileage reimbursement is provided.
