Merry Maids- Team Captain Solo Cleaners

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Solo Captain to lead our housekeeping in delivering exceptional service in residential and some business settings. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a commitment to cleanliness, and a passion for customer service. We will train how to clean to the Merry Maids way but you must also do your part to be successful.

We also seek a future employee who wants to be part of a Team environment that participates in friendly games, contests and Team functions.

Duties

• To provide the BEST cleaning service to our clients and their family homes.
• Be on-time and be in our clients homes on time.
• Keep your equipment cleaned and sanitized daily and prepare it for the next days service.
• Keep track and account for your equipment daily.
• Be prepared to help your fellow co-workers that "may" need help with their day whether it be other Solo Captains or management in office.
• Must have confidence and acknowledge customers presence with a smile and a friendly tone. (Ignoring and rude behavior will not be tolerated.)
• Be able to follow directions on work orders and think for yourself.
• Be able to handle time management and keep your down-time accounted for.

Requirements

• Must have a vehicle everyday
• Must be able to work Monday - Friday and be available 8 to 5 or until jobs are complete, which ever come first.
• Must pass back ground and drug screen check.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and management
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting up to 25 pounds.
• Must be able to be counted on.
• Must like pets and be able to be around dogs/cats.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
