We are seeking an experienced Preschool Principal to join our team at Merryhill School. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our schools in Elk Grove, California, and will play a key role in shaping the educational experience of our students.
Responsibilities will include:
- Leading the school administration team and overseeing the delivery of instructional programs.
- Managing the overall operation of the school, including marketing, student enrollment, parent relations, staff supervision, and facility management.
- Developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to generate and retain enrollment.
- Building trust and cultivating strong relationships with students, parents, and the broader community.
A Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is required, along with a minimum of three years of experience in education administration or business administration. Excellent leadership and communication skills are essential, as well as the ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
We offer a competitive salary range of $62,000 - $72,000 per year, depending on experience.
