MERS / Missouri Goodwill Industries is looking for an energetic, self-motivated, and professional E-Commerce Photographer to join our E-Commerce team! No degree is required. High School Diploma / GED preferred. The ability to communicate effectively (verbal and written) with co-workers, customers, and management. Must be organized and capable of interacting with a diverse work population—necessary math, computer, and website navigation skills. Complex reasoning and decision-making skills are required. The ability to type 40 WPM is strongly preferred.
Primary Duties / Responsibilities
- Produce quality photographs that highlight the product well.
- Photographs should be taken from multiple angles and give a visual overview of all critical features, distinguishable markings / tags, or potential flaws.
- Accurately scan in merchandise to track the chain of custody.
- Place photographed items in the designated cart.
- Prepare the production station before and clean the station after every shift.
- Establish and maintain positive and professional relationships with team members and leadership and work cross-functionally with other teams to increase communication.
- Utilize safe work practices through awareness and observation and contribute to ensuring the workplace is hazard-free by removing obstructions and keeping aisles and designated walkways debris-free.
- Maintain a professional appearance at all times, adhering to MERS / Goodwill's dress code.
- Safeguard agency assets, including cash, donated items, and purchased items, from harm, damage, or theft. Report any incidents of theft or unauthorized possession of agency assets.
- Must adhere to all MERS / Goodwill policies, Goodwill Retail procedures, and safety and security regulations.
- All other duties as assigned.
