Job Summary:

The primary responsibility of the Quality Control Inspector is to conduct quality inspections of incoming parts and supplies used for manufacturing of products, as well as completing inspections on finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards. The Quality Control Inspector should also serve as a working team member and individual contributor to the overall team’s success.

Typical Duties and Responsibilities:

• Inspect products visually as well as by use of gauges, scales, and other measuring devices
• Reconcile final inspection documents for shipments
• Inspect and test incoming raw materials
• Apply total quality management tools and approaches to analytical and reporting processes
• Adhere to applicable company and regulatory agency environmental, health and safety standards
• Ensure that The Mersino Way is a guiding document in all daily activities
  
  

Qualifications:

• Associates Degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Skills in workflow analysis and management
• 1-2 years experience in quality control in a manufacturing environment or related field
• Planning and organizational skills in handling multiple projects
• Proficient in MS Office including Word and Excel
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
