Willow Mill Campsite in Rio, Wisconsin, is seeking a professional, friendly, and outgoing couple to assist with the daily operations of the Campground. The Park Host Couple will be customer-focused, have great communication skills, and be detail oriented. The Park Host Couple will reside at the Campground (on a Campground-provided RV site), from April 1st through October 1st (exact dates may vary), and report to the General Manager.
Essential Responsibilities and Duties
· Assisting with Front Desk Agent duties:
o Performing all check-in and check-out tasks.
o Managing online and phone reservations.
o Registering guests by collecting necessary information (e.g., contact details, duration of stay, payment method, etc.).
o Welcoming guests upon their arrival and assign accommodations.
o Providing information about the Campground, available accommodations, rates, amenities, scheduled events, and area attractions.
o Responding to guests’ complaints in a timely and professional manner.
o Coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance staff regarding work orders; supporting housekeeping and/or grounds maintenance staff as needed.
o Maintaining updated records of bookings and payments
· Assisting with Maintenance Technician duties:
o Performing routine maintenance and minor repairs to grounds, buildings, swimming pool, and other areas throughout the Campground as assigned.
o Completing checklists of physical condition of accommodation prior to and after guest occupancy.
o Ensuring that the Campground is presentable and inviting at all times, and that it adheres to the established standards by picking up trash/debris daily from common areas and streets, emptying common area trash containers as needed, and confirming common areas and lawns are maintained appropriately.
o Assisting with the implementation of maintenance contracts.
o Inspecting the irrigation system regularly to ensure it is working properly, repairing as necessary.
o Inspecting playground area and equipment, swimming pool area, and other recreational amenities to ensure everything is in good condition, making minor repairs as needed.
o Ensuring all Campground streets and public access routes are free of hazards.
o Monitoring the Campground swimming pool (e.g., chemical levels, mechanical equipment, etc.).
o Maintaining Campground vehicles and equipment.
o Assisting with Campground-sponsored events including event setup, cleanup, and other support during the event.
· Other duties:
o Supporting Front Desk to assist with guest needs, including but not limited to, escorting guests to RV site or cottage; tours of the Campground; recommendations for entertainment, dining, or local activities; and assistance with reservations.
o Greeting and establishing rapport with guests; reporting guest comments, suggestions, and complaints to Front Desk Manager.
o Reports guest or staff emergency situations or immediate need situations to Front Desk Manager.
o Ensuring that guest confidentiality is protected.
o Maintaining the integrity of the brand of the Campground, ensuring all guests have a positive experience during their stay.
o Adhering to Campground policies and procedures (e.g., operating procedures; health, safety, security, and environmental policies, etc.).
o Performing other duties as assigned.

· Must to have the flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
· Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.
· Must have the ability to lift at least 50 pounds.
· Knowledge of OSHA health and safety standards (preferred for maintenance duties).
· Occasional local travel will be required (e.g., purchasing supplies, etc.).
· Ability to use a personal cell phone for Campground business.
Position Type and Compensation
The Park Host Couple will be a seasonal part-time, non-exempt employee with 28 hours per week per person. A complimentary RV site will be provided. Salary will be commensurate with experience.
