What are the responsibilities and job description for the HR Administrator position at Merton Riser?
We seek an energetic, flexible, and diligent administrator to support the execution of our international operations.
Must be able to calmly deal with competing agendas, changes in plans, urgent requests, and uncertain situations. Be able to plan around uncertain and developing situations. Needs to be flexible in responding to urgent requests / problems (e.g. An issue occurs in Malaysia but it’s 9 : 00pm in the US).
Understanding the reality of international travel, foreign language particularly Portuguese is highly desired.
Duties include :
- Booking international flights, lodging, transportation for inspection crews at the best rate, while balancing speed and flexibility.
- Work with personnel and client agents directly to resolve any travel problems that may arise (missed connections, paying hotel, destination change, etc.) and ensure arrival to destination.
- Managing document organization of personnel files, required training, ensuring that they remain valid and up to date (OGUK, BOSIET, Passports, etc).
- Working with clients to provide necessary documentation, maintain compliance on various platforms (Helipass, ISN, Drake, etc.). Obtaining and understand the project joining instructions and execute them.
- Applying for international visas when necessary and ensuring visas are valid. Ensure any joining instructions are followed such as client notification for crew arrival, ensuring police registration is followed or obtaining OKTB letters when necessary.
- Basic accounting for the administration of payroll and reconciling travel expenses.
As a hybrid role, in-office hours are flexible, however there is an expectation to be in the Houston office for more than 2 / 3rds of the time. Closing date 7th Feb 2025.
