Job Summary:
We are looking for a Corporate Recruiter to manage and execute full-cycle recruiting efforts across various departments. This role will partner with hiring managers to develop talent strategies and ensure a seamless candidate experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in talent acquisition, employer branding, ATS integration, and workforce planning within a corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates for various roles.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Utilize job boards, social media, networking, and other sourcing techniques to identify qualified candidates.
- Conduct initial phone screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring teams.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing clear communication and timely feedback.
- Maintain and update applicant tracking system (ATS) records and recruitment metrics.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
- Support employer branding efforts to enhance the company’s presence as an employer of choice.
- Visits our client companies on a regular basis to establish rapport, gauge morale, and source new candidate leads.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- 4 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or a related HR function.
- Strong experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), Taleo and HirThing Viewpoint ( and recruitment software.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of employment laws and hiring best practices.
- Experience recruiting for specialized roles in the construction, food manufacturing, and broadcast media is a plus.
