ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Primary duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
· Researches and reviews disputes, locates video evidence requested for investigations by other departments and conducts special surveillance assignments.
· Assists in any internal or external investigations conducted with authorized Law Enforcement Agency.
· Prepares incident reports, productivity reports, observations reports, trouble reports, audits and investigation summaries.
· Consistently and routinely audits team members’ adherence to internal controls, policies, and procedures, criminal activity, as well as:
o POS transactions
o Cashier activities
o Theft situations
o Bartender activities
o Open Checks
o Discounts (team member/guests)
· Contributes team effort and accomplishes related results as required.
· Maintains good communication with team members and maintains a positive and professional work environment.
· Reviews own log entries to ensure completion and accurateness.
· Ensures all Team Members are complying with regulations, ordinance, cash handling, gaming, policies, and procedures.
· Operates phones, computers and other surveillance equipment, inputs/retrieves data, takes photographs and makes DVD’s.
· Ensures all Surveillance equipment is functioning properly throughout the respective shift.
· Any other duties as assigned within the scope of this position
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES
· Maintains the highest level of discretion and confidentiality while performing all surveillance duties.

· Skilled in operating business computers, phones, and office machines, including Microsoft products.
· Comprehends and applies a commonsense understanding of instructions provided in written, oral and diagram form, including safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedural manuals, etc.
· Effectively communicates information and ideas, as well as composes clear, effective, and grammatically correct reports and business correspondence appropriate for the intended audience.
· Defines problems, collects data, establishes facts, and draws valid conclusions in the context of standard situations with common, predictable variables.
· Works in a stressful fast-paced environment.
· Effective time management and multi-tasking abilities are necessary.
· Ability of complex reading, writing, simple math, and task completion skills is required.
· Must have the following skills: clerical, compiling, analyzing, precision working, following instructions, memorization, problem solving, independent judgment, and decision making.
· Flexible to work all shifts including holidays, nights, and weekend hours as business needs dictate.
· Must be a minimum of 21 years of age.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
· High School Degree/GED or any combination of education, training, or experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
CERTIFICATES AND LICENSES
· Must be able to maintain appropriate Gaming License.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
· While performing the duties of this job, the team member is constantly sitting and occasionally standing, walking, reaching overhead, bending over, crouching, and kneeling during the duration of their shift.
· Must be able to lift/carry and push/pull 25lbs or less occasionally.
· The team member will constantly have repetitive use of both hands. Finger dexterity of both hands will be constantly required.
· Constant use of vision abilities is required including distance, depth perception, field of vision, and color vision.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
· Work performed consistently indoors alone and frequently with and around others. Team Member will perform work face-to-face including verbal contact with others on extended shifts in possible cold conditions around computer equipment and other electrical devices.
