What are the responsibilities and job description for the Key Account Director position at Merz Aesthetics?
**This territory will cover Louisville, Lexington, Nashville, Knoxville, Atlanta, Birmingham, Savannah, Jacksonville, and the Pan handle**
The Key Account Director's (KAD) role is to identify key customers that generate maximum revenue and profitability as compared to other regular accounts. The KAD acts as a bridge between the company and stakeholders on the customer side. Account planning for a strategic account is a process of building value-driven relationships with your key customers that can help in long-term development and retention, thereby maximizing the revenue potential.
You Will Be Responsible For:
- Target and segment new accounts across a specified region.
- Conduct comprehensive business analyses, and establish specific architectures for the financial relationships between customer and Merz Aesthetics.
- Bridge communication between field sales and the accounts.
- Establish Merz Aesthetics sales agreements with identified accounts.
You will Need:
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- 5 years of Aesthetic sales.
- Demonstrated leadership skills (preference of having direct reports).
- Competitive product knowledge of all brands.
- A complete understanding of Merz product portfolio.
- Be skilled in Med Spa Consultations.
- Ability to leverage analytical data to achieve short and long-term funnel.
- Competence in the aesthetic business.
Education
Required
- Bachelor of Arts or better
