You Will

You Will
- Direct Supervision: Directly supervise a team of nine, providing guidance, support, and leadership to ensure team success.
- Market Intelligence: Stay up to date with market intelligence to inform strategic decisions and maintain a competitive advantage.
- Territory Forecasting: Participate in territory forecasting and hold your team accountable for meeting targets and goals.
- Relationship Management: Maintain and grow relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and customers to foster trust and drive business growth.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work cross-functionally and successfully collaborate with organization stakeholders to achieve common objectives.
- Travel: Be available to travel up to 60% to meet business needs and support team activities.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Experience: 3-5 years of previous managerial experience.
