- Work closely with teachers, administrators, and support staff to ensure grant objectives are met and integrated into school operations.
- Assist in the application process for grant opportunities that align with the school’s mission and goals.
- Develop, implement, and monitor grant-funded programs, ensuring compliance with all grant requirements.
- Prepare and submit timely reports to funding agencies, detailing project progress and outcomes.
- Collaborate with school staff to align project goals with curriculum and student needs.
- Maintain accurate records of grant expenditures and project metrics.
- Act as a primary point of contact for families, providing information and support regarding school programs and resources.
- Organize and facilitate family engagement activities, workshops, and meetings to promote active participation in the school community.
- Address family concerns and feedback, working collaboratively with school staff to resolve issues.
- Develop and distribute informational materials to keep families informed about school initiatives, events, and resources.
- Foster relationships with community organizations to enhance support for families and students.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in education or a related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years experience in education, project management or grant administration
- Well-developed oral and written communication skills
- Customer service and public relations skills
- Work is self directed and requires strong attention to detail, problem solving organizational and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a timely manner
- Ability to maintain confidentiality in all aspects of the job
- Ability to promote and follow Board of Education policies and building and department procedures
- Ability to recognize the importance of safety in the workplace, follow safety rules, practice safe work habits, utilize appropriate safety equipment and report unsafe conditions to the appropriate administrator
- Operating knowledge of and experience with typical office equipment
- Operating knowledge of and experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Docs and Google Sheets.

This is a grant funded position.
