POSITION SUMMARY:
Responsible for creating and maintaining detailed production schedules within manufacturing, ensuring efficient use of resources to meet customer delivery deadlines by balancing incoming orders with available capacity, while monitoring production progress and addressing any disruptions to maintain on-time delivery and quality standards
PRIMARY FUNCTIONS:
· Maintain, distribute, and monitor manufacturing schedule with delivery of raw materials, manufacturing, and logistics requirements. Includes updating internal customers frequently to maintain communication of manufacturing priority.
· Create jobs both digitally and physically distributes job packet travelers with quality control, engineering, and logistics documentation.
· Record productive and non-productive labor hours, reconcile with Paylocity/SysPro, and provide monthly/quarterly reports as needed.
· Support purchasing to expedite supplier purchase orders as needed. Maintain, distribute, and create as needed MD (Master Documents), MQD (Master Quality Documents), and workflow instructions in accordance with specific job requirements.
· Coordinate with Production and Supply Chain to resolve any job order discrepancies.
· Scanning of all ETP/WG/GSE job related documents
· Communicate order updates/changes to required personnel.
· Participate in continuous improvement activities.
· Provide backup to other members of supply chain group as required.
· Other projects and duties as assigned to support the business.

PREFERRED COMPETENCIES:
· Syspro or other ERP experience and Labor allocation experience
· Microsoft Project or equivalent
· SharePoint/ O365
· Job Shop manufacturing
· Customer Service experience
· OTHER REQUIREMENTS
· Valid driver’s license
EDUCATION:
Associate’s Degree preferred
High School Diploma or GED required
EXPERIENCE:
Two to four years’ relevant experience

Pay: $56,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
