Job Summary: Mesa Moving and Storage is searching for candidates in the greater Salt Lake City and Denver markets to fill our Manager of Virtual Sales & Service position. The Manager of Virtual Sales & Services is responsible for growing revenue in alignment with the enterprise priorities. In addition, they are responsible for creating efficiencies that contribute to profit enhancement.
Responsibilities:
- Build and manage a virtual team to pursue goal attainment
- Use and refine HubSpot as CRM
- Be responsive to incoming leads of all types from all sources
- Warm-up leads before handing them off to salespeople
- Perform virtual surveys for household goods OAs
- Perform virtual surveys for household goods prospects
- Sell household goods prospects virtually in Mesa markets
- Sell household goods prospects virtually outside of Mesa markets
- Migrate household goods selling to a virtual-first model
- Provide a mechanism for marketing and remarketing
- Evaluate leverage opportunities through applications of AI
- Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Service, Operations, General Managers, salespersons, and other leaders and external partners
- Contribute to the development and execution of enterprise strategy
- Enhance the reputation of Mesa Moving and Storage
- Lead in accordance with Mesas values of Pride, Respect, and Trust, and principles of EOS
- Perform other duties and priorities as assigned
Qualifications:
- BA/BS Degree or equivalent industry related experience
- Prior experience using HubSpot as a CRM system preferred, but not required
- Prior sales experience with the ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services, meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong ability to position products against competitors
- Strongly prefer prior virtual survey platform experience with success in closing sales
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent leadership skills, with an emphasis on motivating and developing a team, preferred but not required
- Willingness to travel on a limited basis
