Job Summary: Mesa is expanding our Design and Hospitality project management services and we are seeking a detail-oriented Project Manager. The Project Manager - Design will be responsible for coordinating project team members, communicating with clients, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills and the ability to ensure an excellent experience for clients by following defined processes and leveraging technology, forms, service providers, and logistics expertise.
Responsibilities:
- Manage design projects from implementation through installation and delivery
- Monitor project expected budget related to scope
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are met
- Communicate project status updates to stakeholders
- Identify and mitigate project risks
- Ensure quality control throughout the project lifecycle
- Conduct post-project reviews to identify areas for improvement
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Project Management, Supply Chain, or equivalent industry experience
- Prior experience in project management, specifically in design-related projects
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders, team members, and clients
- Experience in purchasing or procurement and inventory management
- Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Prior Supply Chain and Logistics experience preferred, but not required
