Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Server to join our team at Meshico Restaurant. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable and memorable. Your contributions will be vital in upholding our reputation for excellence in the restaurant industry.
Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.
- Take accurate food and drink orders using the POS system.
- Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Assist with food preparation as needed in the kitchen.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Provide recommendations on menu items to enhance guest experiences.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a server in a restaurant setting preferred.
- Strong knowledge of POS systems; Aloha POS experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to handle cash transactions with accuracy.
- Familiarity with fine dining service standards is desirable.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
