The Director of Business Development is responsible for directing the development and continuous refinement of the facility's business plan. This position consults directly with the CEO and other senior leadership staff. This position designs, develops, implements and directs the Business Development strategic goals, philosophy, policies, procedures and systems for the Facility.

Job Requirements:
Master’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field required. Minimum of 5 years' experience in health care Business Development/Marketing environment with measurable business development results, and with direct experience developing managed care agreements.
