Position Summary :
We are seeking a Retail Marketing Assistant to support our clothing retail operations. This role involves developing and executing in-store marketing strategies, planning promotional events, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive brand awareness and enhance the customer experience. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, data-driven, and passionate about retail marketing. This position is based in Fullerton, CA .
Responsibilities :
- Marketing Strategy Development and Execution : Create and implement in-store marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and foot traffic, aligning with brand positioning and market trends.
- Campaign and Event Planning : Organize and promote in-store and online events, including sales promotions, brand campaigns, and themed activities, using various channels such as social media and advertising to attract target customers.
- Market Research and Data Analysis : Conduct local market research and analyze customer behavior to develop targeted marketing plans. Use data insights to evaluate and optimize campaign effectiveness.
- Cross-functional Collaboration : Collaborate with merchandising, operations, and design teams to enhance new product promotions, store layouts, and customer experiences.
- IT Coordination : Work closely with IT teams to ensure system functionalities support marketing activities, including data analysis, customer management, and online-offline integrations.
