What are the responsibilities and job description for the Receptionist position at MESMEN, Inc.?
Looking for a long-term, enthusiastic individual to assist in a family-owned and operated business. A perfect candidate should be motivated, organized, detailed, able to multi-task, have the ability to learn new skills, and be able to conduct themselves in a professional matter.

Administrative Support:
- Answer and screen phone calls; take phone messages.
- Meet and greet customers.
- Check in parts being received by FedEx, UPS and USPS.
- Maintain and note to order office supplies.
- Print, scan & save documents in PDF form.
- Use QuickBooks to put in work orders, look up customer accounts and receive payments.
- Filing.
- Vacuum the office once a week.
- Dust / wipe down main office area once a week.
- Clean restrooms once a week.
- Take out the office trash at end of each day.
Experience/Skills:
- Some knowledge in MS Office (Word and Excel).
- Intermediate PC skills.
- Ability to use the Internet for research and data gathering.
- Knowledge of the following software programs or have the ability to learn quickly: QuickBooks.
- Must write and speak English fluently.

- High school or equivalent (Required).
