- Coordinate all district and state assessments and follow-up processes for the campus.

- Minimum Bachelor’s degree

- Possess strong organizational, time management, communication (verbally and written), public relations, and interpersonal skills.
- Possess knowledge of computer operations, data disaggregation programs including and the value of technology in the use of evaluation and remediation strategies.
- Possess knowledge in the use of Aware, ERG, Skyward, and other computer programs including proficiency in Excel.
- Possess knowledge and understanding of all standardized testing and the ability to disaggregate, interpret and make use of the testing data.
- Possess knowledge and understanding of all policies and procedures of the MISD.
- Understanding of RTI process.
- Successful experience as a classroom teacher
- Use data to identify at-risk students and assist in the coordination of the RTI process to meet student needs.
- Attend RTI trainings and assist campus in training staff.
- Assist teachers in designing instruction for at-risk students and work with at-risk students in the 4 core areas.
- Access Texas Assessment Management System (TAMS) for test data and other testing requirements.
- Compile and maintain databases, as needed.
- Organize and coordinate all aspects of district, state, and other required testing, including campus trainings, secure materials management, test administration management, preparation on online testing through TAMS, and accuracy of all coding.
- Communicate with auxiliary personnel about test day needs: cafeteria, custodial, etc.
- Collaborate with RTI, special education representatives, 504 counselors, and LPAC representatives for appropriate documentation of accommodations and ensure that all students receive their testing accommodations.
- Maintain software updates on printer/scanners used to scan district/campus assessments, and ensure that computer labs and devices are updated for online testing. Troubleshoot and submit work orders when needed.
- Disaggregate all testing results and confer, as needed, with principal, teachers, and parents.
- Attend all district/campus trainings and/or administrative meetings pertaining to testing and various data systems used to track student test data and student performance, as required. Be a campus resource in these areas.
- Prepare reports for campus meetings and attend as directed.
