Overview: This position is a cornerstone of our office and showroom, focusing on sales and office administration. The role involves assisting customers, supporting promotional efforts, and maintaining an organized, inviting showroom and office. This Team Member helps facilitate office workflows that are running efficiently and reports directly to the Office Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Duties:
- Greet and assist customers in selecting flooring, remodeling materials, and design options.
- Offer tailored product recommendations based on customer needs.
- Process sales transactions, address inquiries, and resolve concerns with professionalism.
- Build relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Showroom & Materials:
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing showroom.
- Build and maintain relationships with Vendor Representatives and be well versed with their material offerings
- Bring in new vendors that meet the mission and vision of MTF
- Update, rotate and keep the showroom fresh and exciting
- Order materials for customers
- Track shipments of materials and report to the Office Manager.
Marketing & Events:
- Assist in planning and executing marketing events to enhance brand visibility.
- Coordinate event logistics, including vendor communication, setup, and materials.
- Contribute ideas and content for social media and online marketing campaigns.
- Engage with customers during events to promote products and services.
Administrative Support:
- Help maintain accurate customer records using Floorzap and Google Workspace tools.
- Provide assistance for office tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations.
- Keep digital and physical files organized and up-to-date.
- Assists the Office manager with bookkeeping and scheduling tasks.

Work Environment:
- Primarily in a showroom and office setting, with occasional warehouse support.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
