We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Client Account Representative to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, helping to manage their accounts, resolve issues, and ensure a high level of satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and have excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Manage client accounts and provide ongoing support to ensure satisfaction
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Resolve client issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Track account progress and provide regular updates to clients
- Assist with new client onboarding and product/service implementations
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met
- Prepare and present reports and presentations to clients
- Ensure accuracy of client information and account records
- Upsell and cross-sell services and products to existing clients when appropriate
Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in customer service or account management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
