IT Administrator

Salary range: $70K-$85K annually

• This is a hybrid role, and you must be willing to come into the Denver, CO downtown office 3 days/week. (Message Broadcast does not provide relocation assistance) Partial parking subsidy provided - $50 per pay period/biweekly.
  
  

Message Broadcast is looking for a skilled and experienced IT administrator to provide general IT support in an office and remote work environment.  This highly visible role, reporting directly to the VP, NetOps & IT, and based in our vibrant downtown Denver office, offers unparalleled opportunities for professional growth and impact. What you’ll do:

• Set up and configure laptops (Windows & Mac) for new hires, transfers, and replacements. 
• Set up and support Mobile Devices and applications. 
• Install and update software applications, drivers, and system updates; troubleshoot and resolve issues with performance, connectivity, and security. 
• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot printers, copiers, and other office peripherals. 
• Provide end-user support for hardware and software needs, including mobile devices, security tools, authentication systems, and applications. 
• Assist in the configuration and support of remote work environments, ensuring seamless integration for hybrid work setups. 
• Performing basic troubleshooting on a wide variety of software (including Microsoft Office, Slack, Atlassian, Adobe Suite). 
• Ensure help desk tickets are responded to and resolved promptly with excellent customer service. 
• Research and evaluate emerging technologies, hardware, and software. 
• Assist with the implementation and maintenance of cybersecurity measures, including firewalls, antivirus, and encryption tools. 
  
  

Qualifications 

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field or applicable relevant experience.

What you have - Required Skills: 

2 years of experience in these key areas:

• Proficient in Windows 10/11, macOS, Microsoft Office 365, and common productivity software (Slack, Atlassian, Adobe Suite). 
• Familiar with laptop/desktop hardware components, specifications, and repairs. 
• Knowledge of network protocols, VPN, firewall, switches, and wireless access points, etc. 
• Ability to create and run network cabling / install and rackmount servers and networking equipment. 
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues quickly and effectively. 
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical issues to non-technical users. 
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Experience Virtualization Technologies (VMWare, ProxMox) 
• Cloud experience (AWS, GCP)
