The Messenger-Inquirer currently has an opening for a part-time/full-time regional call center Customer Service Representative. This department processes incoming subscription related and classified advertising calls for over 40 different newspapers. They also execute outbound calls for service, retention and growth.
Requirements are:
* Dependable / Detail Oriented / Organized
* Exceptional Interpersonal Phone Skills
* Computer Literacy / Data Entry / Troubleshooting
* Strong Communication (written, verbal & active listening)
* Comfortable Working in a Fast-Paced Environment
* Ability to Evaluate Situations and React Accordingly
* Monday-Friday 7AM-3PM (Occasional Weekends & Holidays)
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $12.00 per hour
