You will report to the Adult Services Department Head, that has a wealth of library experience, and is in the beginning stages of creating new service plans, programs, and a redesigned workspace for staff. We are seeking someone who will enthusiastically collaborate with us, share ideas and provide feedback on how we can reinvent our department to provide the highest quality library experience for our adults in the beautiful and mature North Aurora community.
This opportunity is great for both experienced library workers interested in working directly with the public and those who want to learn to deliver public library services to adults.
