Purpose of the position :
Provide Operations and Production support for production facilities. Improve the facilities through optimization of existing process, removal of defects, and elevation of operational excellence. Assist in Process Safety related operational readiness tasks related to shutdowns, startups, and major outages.

Principal Responsibilities :
- Personal computer proficiency (Internet, word processing, spreadsheets), and other software used by the company
- Strong organizational ability - Ability to with working independently with little direct supervision
- Strong oral and written communication skills. – at ease when dealing with customers
- Strong collaborative capability to function in a broader team setting
- Strong interpersonal abilities to support mentoring / coaching activities
- Aptitude for Project management / Change management
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with relevant OSHA standards
- Ability to interpret technical drawings
