We are looking for a construction professional that has the ability to partner with our Operations Executives to assist in managing the pre-construction and bidding process. This professional should have excellent communication and organizational skills.
What You Will Do :
- Pre-Construction
- Assist with deliverables, i.e. site logistics graphics
- Plan / Manage Project Signage
- Update project schedules
- Assist Cost Planning and Estimating with Value Engineering follow-up
- Manage Building Permits
- Coordinate Job Setup
- Schedule / Facilitate Messer Department kick-off meetings
- Track scope creep during the design development
- Bidding Process
- Manage Bidding Process
- Post-Subcontract
- Follow up on Insurance, contracts, and bonds
- CCIP / OCIP projects – Enroll Subcontractors into an insurance program
- Project setup on iSqFt
- Invitations and follow-up calls to Subcontractors
- Manage Documents
