JOB SUMMARY :
A part of the Field Service team, the millwright travels to customer locations around the country to perform a variety of service tasks, including preparing the site for machine installation and supporting team members in service tasks.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Perform repairs, installation and preventive maintenance of equipment at customer sites throughout North America
- Complete required paperwork on time (e.g., service reports, discrepancy reports, expense reports, etc.) on a timely basis
- Achieve / maintain Customer Survey Satisfaction rating as established by the Service Manager
- Provide technical telephone support, as required.
- Conduct final product testing in house, as required.
